Mongolia Need to Follow The Initiative on Recovery Tax
Like New York , Mongolia need to create legal environment to create recovery tax to support addicted people's recovery process and treatment access. Because currently in Mongolia, addiction treatment is not supported by health insurance which creates difficulty to access appropriate treatment for addicted people. If the addiction treatment supported by health insurance and recovery tax, then it can be greatly reduce addicted people and create supportive environment at workplaces.
ONE OF TH E WORST POLLUTED CITY IN THE WORLD The capital city of Mongolia is Ulaanbaatar is locates north center of the country. During winter time, from November to March, air pollution in the Ulaanbaatar estimates most polluted city in the world. Main source of pollutants are power plant, small and medium sized heater, yurt (ger) area stove and transportation. Due to cheaper and availability of coal, main pollutant is coal burning.
